My husband and I have credit card and loans debts in both our individual names which amount to about 250k. We are thinking about going bankrupt. The house we live in with our children is in my husbands only name as he owned the house before I met him. The problem we have is my parents house is in my name only and my parents both live in it! Also my husband is a director of a company. My question is if we both go bankrupt will my parents lose the house? Please free to ask any questions......
